Richard has over four decades of experience in the hydrocolloids and food ingredients industry. Widely travelled, extremely experienced in global procurement, establishing overseas subsidiaries, international sales and marketing, Richard has extensive operational and leadership experience having been instrumental in the development of the company from a trading operation to an internationally renowned manufacturer of value added food ingredients.
Richard oversees all aspects of the business and heads up a team of vastly experienced industry professionals specifically assembled to implement our growth strategy and continue to drive the business into the future.
Outside the office Richard is an avid sports fan.
