Our manufacturing includes cryogenic crystallization of a range of specialised fats, emulsifiers, chocolate based products and fully integrated emulsifier stabiliser systems
Cleaning of exudate gums, milling of heat treated & non-heat treated gums, the sieving and dry blending of hydrocolloids and emulsifiers with other food ingredients and gelling agents and the dry blending of chocolate products.
We also import and distribute chutneys, tamarinds, pickles and liquorice to food manufacturers.
