What I do:

I have full responsibility for the management and co-ordination of the site food quality management systems. Ensuring sites accreditations and certifications are kept. Dealing directly with customers and customer visits. Often presenting to customers and auditors and ensuring any queries are answered correctly. Performing internal and supplier reviews as required. Supporting quality systems and improvement projects.

I have proven track record leading Quality/Technical departments within the Food Manufacturing sector for 20 years, specialising on ingredients, flavours for Foods, drinks, liquids and powders. I am lead Auditor qualified. HACCP team leader, certified in advanced food safety and a certified green belt in six sigma continuous improvement.
