My role is management of our traded goods department, liaising with global suppliers and customers. I seek new business opportunities and develop the market we already have for a range of ambient, semi-processed products, namely chutneys, pickles, curry pastes and tamarind concentrate. In addition dried herbs, vegetables, spices, flavours and colourings.
