
I assist Anne Gardiner in the running of the sales admin office and take responsibility in her absence. I process contacts and orders for customers and liaise with our sales reps, quality department and warehouse to follow the order process from start to finish, including aspects of work orders, quality control and despatch. I am also responsible for monthly traceability activities.
I joined Arthur Branwell in 2020 and cover all things administration based. I’m partial to a good spreadsheet and organising anything that I can. I’m also a good communicator and pride myself on keeping our customers up-to-date and informed about their orders. I’m adaptable to change and navigated our new sales system quickly upon implementation.
