Our spray crystallised systems for dairy and chilled products consist of integrated emulsifier stabiliser systems.

These DairyLux texturants systems are cold water dispersible and dust free, the stabiliser component having been integrated into the emulsifier phase. For example in the production of a chocolate milk drink our integrated DairyLux system would prevent cocoa sedimentation and fat separation, improving both shelf life and mouthfeel.
